Office Assistant - Administration 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1. Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

    2. Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software.

  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.

    3. Analytical Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data effectively.

  • Strong auditing skills with attention to detail.

    4. Office Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    5. Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and assist the Chief Administrator in daily tasks.

    6. Initiative and Adaptability:

  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.

  • Open to learning new skills and taking on new responsibilities as needed.

    7. General Duties:

  • Assist the Chief Administrator in managing and accounting for data related to office operations.

  • Support various office tasks, including filing, documentation, and administrative support as needed.
